BLUE AND GOLD BANQUET
SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 16TH – 6:30PM
The Pack 77 Blue and Gold Banquet is Saturday, February16th. It will be at Covenant United Methodist Church at 6:30 P.M. The Blue and Gold Banquet celebrates the anniversary of the beginning of Boy Scouts. The entire family is invited. Each family needs to bring a covered dish, salad, vegetable, and/or bread. Bring enough for your family plus 2 more. This way we should have enough for everyone. The Pack will provide drinks, napkins, plates, and eating utensils.
Dessert Contest- Each Scout is encouraged to make a desert with help from his father, grandfather, or a male friend. The desserts are to be made by males only. So mom—let them use the kitchen for a while. (Also, let the boys and their helper clean up.) The desserts will be judged by everyone in attendance before they are eaten. So be creative and start cooking.
The theme of this year’s Blue and Gold Banquet is “Chinese New Year”! (It is the Year of the Rat!)
Awards and advancements will be given as well as other Pack activities. The prizes earned by selling Popcorn will be given out at the Blue and Gold Banquet. Don’t miss it!
The Blue and Gold Banquet will be a great evening for the boy and their families. I’ll see you there!!!
